These terms explain how the Veridian Insurance quote request service works, what you agree to when you submit your information, and the limits of our role as a referral service rather than an insurer.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veridian Insurance website and any quote request, contact form, or related service offered through it (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the website, submitting a quote request, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Veridian Insurance is an insurance quote request and referral service. We are not an insurance company, insurer, underwriter, or a party to any insurance contract. We do not sell, bind, issue, modify, or cancel insurance policies, and we do not make coverage or claims decisions.
Our role is limited to collecting the information you voluntarily provide and connecting you with licensed insurance professionals, agencies, brokers, carriers, or marketing partners who may contact you to discuss auto or life insurance options. Any policy you ultimately purchase is a contract between you and the insurer, governed by that insurer’s own documents, terms, and applicable state insurance law.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for residents of the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are submitting your own information, or that you have the legal authority to submit information on behalf of another person.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you use the Service, and to update it as needed. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in inaccurate quotes, denial of coverage, cancellation of a policy, or termination of your access to the Service.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit another person’s information without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security features; use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems; or reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.
By submitting a quote request or contact form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Veridian Insurance and by one or more licensed insurance professionals, agencies, or providers at the telephone number, email address, and preferred contact method you provide. Contact may occur by phone call, text message, or email, and may be made using automated dialing or messaging technology.
This consent applies even if the number you provide is listed on a federal or state do-not-call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to text messages, using the unsubscribe link in emails, asking a caller to remove you from their list, or emailing [email protected]. Once your information has been shared with a partner, you may also need to contact that partner directly to stop their communications.
Submitting a quote request does not create an application for insurance, does not bind coverage, and does not guarantee that you will be offered a policy, a particular premium, or any specific terms. Any rates, figures, or ranges mentioned on this website are illustrative only and are not offers of insurance.
Actual coverage, eligibility, and pricing are determined solely by the insurer based on its underwriting criteria, your verified information, and applicable state law. Nothing on this website constitutes insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed insurance professional in your state before making coverage decisions.
The Service may contain links to, or content from, third-party websites and partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, licensing, pricing, privacy practices, or business conduct of any third party, including any insurance agency, agent, or carrier you may be connected with. Your interactions and agreements with those third parties are solely between you and them.
The Veridian Insurance name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, layout, and software are owned by Veridian Insurance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purpose of requesting an insurance quote. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, frame, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how we share it with insurance partners. Please review it carefully before submitting any information.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian Insurance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any information obtained through the Service will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian Insurance and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, any communication you receive from an insurance partner, or any policy you purchase or decline to purchase.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veridian Insurance and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, submitted fraudulent information, or used the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or our partners. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Veridian Insurance is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected] before initiating a formal proceeding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that time constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, please stop using the Service.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veridian Insurance regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
